Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time. When paused, any remaining time will be available for future use when you resume your subscription.
We operate on a time-based model rather than a deliverable-based model. Your subscription grants you access to our team's dedicated time and expertise.
As long as your membership is active, you can submit unlimited requests through your Trello board. Requests are addressed one at a time to maintain quality standards.
We offer unlimited revisions within reason to ensure content meets your expectations. Time spent on revisions is part of your subscription.
We do not offer refunds. Our services are time-based, meaning you're paying for the dedicated time and expertise we allocate to your project.
All content created for you becomes your property upon delivery and payment. We retain the right to showcase work samples in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.
We do not use generative AI to create content. However, we may use editing tools like ProWritingAid and Grammarly to refine and improve clarity of content.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your projects, proprietary information, and business strategies. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties.
Cyberou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, access to services will cease, and no refunds will be provided for unused time.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
